goat 11 million tons,
fish & seafood 100 million tons...
(how do ya feed em all......)?

U.S. Dept of Agriculture says the average American eats per year;
48.5 punds of pork,
57.5 pounds of chicken,
62 pounds of beef,
15.9 pounds of fishe & seafood
2.2 pounds of salmon

PCB content;
butter 70 ppb,
chicken breast 32 ppb,
beef steak 22 ppb,
salmon 15 ppb.

and in an "average" lifetime the heart beats more than two and a half billion times - that's about 100,000 beats per day... feed it.
